With this course, you will learn a variety of different approaches to personal centering and clearing the mind to promote personal harmony, self-actualization, stress release, and heightened awareness. We explore different meditation techniques to embrace various practices and find what works best for different circumstances and personality types while developing tools and training for sustainable meditation practice. This meditation course is from 10-6:00, but you are invited to join us from 8:30-10 for a complimentary yoga class if you wish. A free complimentary mala-making workshop is offered from 6:00 pm-9:00 pm for those wishing to stay. The history and practice of malas are reviewed, and materials are included to make a hand-tied mala.
