Heartwood has RYS-200 training in a 15 day immersion format, day and evening programs, and programs specifically for trainees 50 and up. We offer this level of training in person and online.

Yoga for the Balanced Child is a 95 hour YA Certification for children's yoga. Scheduled in companionship to our youth yoga camp, teachers gain hands on experience while they earn an RCYT - Yoga Alliance recognized Children's yoga certification.
