Healing Women teacher training

This training includes two days of exploring women's issues and the path to spiritual healing. 

Day one focuses on Healing Women in a yoga therapy context. This course covers a range of women's issues, from women's rage, gender bias, and the frustrations of being female, to physical issues specific to females such as infertility, miscarriage, cervical & uterine illness, and more. Exercises include pelvic bowl healing, meditations, and practices.  

Day two is a full-day workshop exploring the Feminine divine with exploration of Shiva & Shakti energy, female archetypes, the how to work with the Mahavidyas (female Hindu deities). We explore definitions of the sacred feminine to embrace and honor mother nature and the feminine divine in all of us.  In addition to building awareness, this workshop will introduce chanting, imagery, meditations, and exercises to awaken, honor, and explore the feminine divine for deeper self-acceptance, self-love, and authentic connections to our existence.

Healing Women & Feminine Divine Workshop Fee: $395.00

This course is appropriate for everyone interested in the subject, both yoga teachers and practitioners. This coursework is a part of the Heartwood Yoga therapy program and also offers Yoga teachers 11 hours of CEUs with Yoga Alliance. Students are asked to bring a journal to the program.
